The Meister Werks Guarantee

Meister Werks stands behind the quality of our car repair services our mechanics provide. All of our repairs and parts come with a 12-month / 12,000 mile (whichever comes first) warranty. Subject to certain conditions*, if any defects in workmanship arise within this period, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.


*Customer must contact us and schedule an appointment with in 48 hours of noticing any issues, on or before 12 months or 12,000 miles.  Customer must schedule an appointment with in 14 days of contact. All work to remedy warranty work covered under our policy must be done at Meister Werks. Meister Werks will not pay another customer, another repair facility or dealerships bill or invoice associated with the work done at Meiser Werks. Any work done by the customer, another repair facility or dealership will void this warranty on or before 12 months or 12,000 miles. All warranty work will be free of charge within the time period listed in this article. For further questions about our warranty, please contact us prior to any work or inspection on the vehicle.


Meister Werks Policies

1) Payment. Payment is required within 24 hours of vehicle repair or service. If payment or contact is not made within 24 hours, to Meister Werks, storage fees will be applied. We will take payment over the phone and schedule a time to pick up, if unable to retrieve vehicle within 24 hours or more.

2) Storage Fees. Storage fees are applied 24 hours after the repair is complete and no contact has been made. We will waive this fee if the customer is in contact with us or arrangements have been made for a pick up date. If payment has been made and vehicle is not picked up on the prearranged scheduled date, additional storage fees may apply.

3) Aftermarket Warranty Work. Meister Werks will complete aftermarket warranty work for all warranty companies. Meister Werks charges a warranty processing fee of one additional hour of labor for filing paperwork, faxing, email, corresponding and handing warranty claims. Quotes or estimates may not reflect this unless specified by the customers. For large jobs or issues with your claims company, additional time may be added to the bill.
