Meister Werks • Return Policy

• Items can be returned up to 90 days from the date of the original purchase as dated on the invoice and receipt.
• This return policy excluding custom orders & OEM Decals.
• All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, total returned value of the item.
• Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.
• If there was a issue with the part or it is incorrect from the item you purchased,  Meister Werks will email a packing slip for the same package size and weight that the item was originally shipped in.
• Please contact us prior to shipping for a RMA number.
• Please write the RMA number adjacent to the packaging postage slip or on the packaging slip.
• Once returned, Meister Werks will inspect the part and issue a refund.
• Parts must be in new condition, uninstalled and in new condition.
  • All items must include original documentation, hardware, parts, all items that are included with the parts, package and packing material.
  • If returned part is not in new uninstalled condition:
    • The refund will not be processed.
    • Customer will be charged a shipping fee to return the part to the customer.
