At Meister Werks European, we understand that life doesn’t stop when your European car needs service. That’s why we’re pleased to offer our valued clients courtesy Audi service loaner cars, ensuring your day stays on track.
Our Loaner Car Program:
- Convenience for Service: We offer one to two day loaners for service appointments. This allows you to continue with your daily routine while your European car is expertly cared for at Meister Werks.
- More Than the Dealerships: now days, most dealership do not even offer courtesty loaner vehicles.
- Three Service Loaner Cars Available: Even if one or two of our loaner cars is out, we will be able to reserve you a loaner, free of charge for your next service. Ask to reserve a loaner at your next service when setting up an appointment.
- Extended Service: Unfortunately, our service loaners are not for long term repairs. We may ask you to return our loaners if we find that your car needs extended repairs, but only if it is scheduled with another customer.
Courtesy Loaner Car Policies
- Fuel: Please return your loaner vehicle with a full tank of fuel or where it was when you picked it up.
- Insurance Coverage: For your peace of mind and ours, all drivers of our loaner vehicles must carry full coverage insurance.
- Driver Eligibility: To ensure a safe and responsible experience, drivers must be 25 years of age or older to utilize our courtesy loaner cars.
