The Meister Werks Process

Schedule & Drop
First, schedule your appointment with us. Then, on the day of your appointment, drop off your car. *Note: we are typically booked out about 1 week 

Quotes & Estimates
Before performing any service or repairs, Meister Werks will provide a written estimate. This will typically be provided at the time of drop off. If additional services are requested at the drop off, we will email / text an updated quote to you. *See approval methods below

Diagnostics

• All diagnostic are a minimum 1 hours fee. (Please contact us for pricing)
  
• Very rarely, we may need more than 1 hour diagnostic. We will contact you before performing any additional diagnostic fees.

Once the diagnosis is found, we will contact you with our findings and the quote to repair the complaint. We will also let you know if we see anything that is of concern from the 30pt inspection.

✓ REPAIR APPROVAL: If you approve the repair, Meister Werks will waive the first hour of diagnostic.

✗ DECLINED REPAIRS: If you decline repairs you will be required to pay 100% of the diagnostic fees, even if additional time was needed and approved.

• If you need to reschedule the repairs, you will still be charged.
• If you need to reschedule the repair, we remove the diagnostic fee off of the rescheduled repair order.

Approval Methods
You may approve repair or service one of three different ways.

1. D⃞ Digitally.
   We will email and text message a link to the R/O. The link will have an option to approve or decline services. We will see this approval instantly on our software. This is the best and fastest method to approve a repair order or service.
2. ⌦ Sign.
   You may come into Meister Werks and physically sign the repair order. In most instances, this will be provided when dropping the vehicle off for the appointment. You may also print, sign, then fax it to us as well. Please contact us for our fax number.
3. V⃞ Verbal.
   You may call and verbally approve a repairs or services. Any repair orders that are over $1000 must be signed in person or digitally signed via the web link.

Changes
If we run into a situation where we need to replace an additional part or added labor, this will change the ticket. In these cases, we will contact you and provide you with an updated estimate. On larger complicated repairs, we regularly must add small parts to keep the repairs moving and avoid calling you . In these instances, we will contact you if the quote is more than 10% of the original estimate.
