Returning Customers / New Customers:
• If you are a returning customer, you can text message us directly at (425) 272-9111. However, you can still fill out the form below.
• If you have multiple vehicles with us, please include which car you are bringing in and what services or repairs are needed.
• New customers, please fill out the form at the link below. New customers will not be able to message us until your information has been entered and verified in our system. -
Appointments
• Please tell us in the notes, what date and/or day of the week works best for you.
• Also, include what services you need for your vehicle.
• We are typically booked out 1 – 2 weeks or more. Please keep this in mind when requesting an appointment.
• If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours with scheduling confirmation, please call 425.254.0627. We have a heavy volume of emails and phone calls. We try our best to respond by the end of every business day. -
Estimates &Diagnostic Quotes:
• If you are contacting us for an estimate, we only provide estimates for service and maintenance.
• Repair quotes will need diagnostics, especially if another shop or the dealership has performed the diagnostic. We can not provide estimates for other shop diagnostics or repairs.We MUST perform our own diagnostic evaluation in order to give you a accurate quote. -
Batteries:
We can only provide you with a estimate for batteries that are listed on the VIN for your vehicle. Some European vehicles may list a certain battery for your vehicle. However, about 25% of the time a vehicle may have multiple options, depending on your production codes. We will need to see the exact battery in your vehicle to provide you with a accurate quote.

Customer Supplied Parts
Please note, we do not install customer supplied parts. We have the ability to get many parts. All parts installed at Meister Werks are under warranty and will be guaranteed.
