  If you are a returning customer, you can message us at (425) 272-9111. However, you can still fill out the form below as well. Please include which car you are bringing in and what service you would like. New customers will not be able to message us until your information has been verified in our system.

• Appointments

  Please tell us in the notes, what day of the week you would like, and what services you need for your vehicle. We are typically booked out 1 week or more. Please keep this in mind when requesting an appointment. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours with scheduling confirmation, please call 425.254.0627. We have a heavy volume of emails and phone calls. We try our best to respond by the end of every business day.

• Estimates:

  If you are contacting us for an estimate, we only provide estimates for service and maintenance.

• Other Shop Diagnostic Quotes

  We can not provide estimates for other shop diagnostics or repairs.We MUST perform our own diagnostic evaluation in order to give you a accurate quote.

• Batteries:

  We can only provide you with a estimate for batteries that are listed on the VIN for your vehilce. European vehicles may say that a certain battery fits. However, about 30% of the time a vehicle may have been retrofitted to a new style of battery. We will need to see the exact battery in your vehicle to provide you with a accurate quote.

• Customer Supplied Parts

  Please note, we do not install customer supplied parts. We have the ability to get any part. All parts installed at Meister Werks are under warranty and will be guaranteed.
